HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Robert Cartwright serves as Head of Operations at Arch Amenities Group, where he leads the company’s operations organization. He is responsible for operational and financial performance across Arch’s service lines, working in partnership with the company’s shared services functions.
Robert joined Arch Amenities Group in 2026, following a career building and scaling operating platforms across hospitality and commercial real estate. As Senior Vice President, Global Operations at WeWork, he led the global operations function through the company’s international expansion. He launched Hana, CBRE’s flexible workspace venture, as Chief Operating Officer, establishing its operating model, financial framework, and service standards before the first location opened and scaling the business ahead of its sale to Industrious. At Fidelity Investments, he built the company’s hospitality experience function as Global Head of Hospitality Services, bringing hotel operating standards into a corporate real estate environment. He has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Workbox and as Resort Manager for Montage Hotels & Resorts.
Robert studied real estate at Cornell University and holds the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation from Prosci and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the American Society for Quality.
