Chief Executive Officer
Barry Goldstein is an accomplished Global Executive with over a 30-year track record of successful strategic leadership, with the last 20 years in the Hospitality industry. He is best known for being an innovative transformation visionary that creates value by growing revenue through the optimization of sales, marketing, digital, distribution and technology. His strengths are in managing organizational change to achieve maximum results and a superior customer experience.
Barry has held executive positions at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels, Cisco Systems & Panasonic. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University and completed the select Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Chief Financial Officer
Todd is a senior finance professional with diverse expertise in FP&A, operations and business development, including extensive international experience in over 30 countries. Todd has been consistently recognized for his excellent communication skills and ability to lead large, cross-functional teams.
With a strong aptitude for quickly understanding complex business issues, Todd welcomes the challenge of providing solutions that add value for our clients. Todd has held positions as CFO at Hello Alfred and as a former Director at Deloitte in Chicago, Oslo and London. Todd holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Chief Growth Officer
Mike Flanagan has more than 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, working in the fields of medical-based therapy and corporate wellness. Mike was integral in the development of the My Health IQ program, which was recognized by the National Health, Wellness, and Prevention Congress as one of the Most Innovative Consumer Driven Health Care Programs. After the sale of My Health IQ, Mike took the lead as President & CEO of LifeStart and reshaped the company around an expanded vision and business model. In 2020, following the acquisition of LifeStart by WTS International, Mike became WTS International’s Chief Growth Officer, overseeing and driving business development and reach.
Mike holds a B.S. in Exercise and Rehabilitation from Illinois State University, a M.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Illinois, and a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Chief People Officer
Lieske Renz is Arch Amenities Group’s Chief People Officer. In her role, Lieske is responsible for cultivating AAG’s culture to inspire passionate team members in a thoughtful and engaging working environment, as well as building a strong talent pipeline to deliver upon AAG’s service promise and growth expectations. Lieske leads AAG’s overall people strategy including talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, employee education and development, organizational design, compensation and benefits, and policy implementation.
Before joining AAG, Lieske held similarly-focused senior leadership roles with SSP America, Liquor Stores N.A., YUM! Brands, and Swissôtel Management Corporation. Lieske holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science & Technology from the University of Maryland.
Chief Marketing Officer
Whitney is a relationship-focused, energetic marketer and team builder with over 20 years of experience helping organizations define, craft and deploy revenue-driving B2C and B2B brand positioning, employee engagement and communications strategies.
Her experience includes leading both traditional and digital marketing, as well as brand architecture, in the hospitality, consulting and consumer lending sectors. Whitney brings a data-driven focus to her work, translating insights and organizational objectives into winning and innovative outcomes.
She values the brand-building power of strong and credible organizational narrative, coupled with creative and confident design, to drive commercial success. She has led global agency relationships in service to corporate and retail brands for highly matrixed B2B and B2C organizations.
Chief Information Officer
John Edwards is an innovative technology leader known for solving operational challenges through technology solutions that lead to memorable customer experiences. After spending over two decades working in hospitality technology leadership roles for private and public global hospitality companies, he knows how to deliver technology solutions that solve business challenges and promote innovative strategies while managing timelines and costs.
John brings his experience with global technology innovation, executive leadership, mergers & acquisitions, and facility management to Arch Amenities Group’s internal teams and customers. His passion is leading teams that take pride in seeing what ideas can come, when barriers are removed, and possibilities are limitless.
In 2021, John joined Arch Amenities Group as Chief Information Officer, where he leads technology initiatives and strategic planning throughout the organization. John received a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colorado State University’s Global Campus.
General Counsel
As Arch Amenity Group’s in-house attorney, John leverages over a decade of corporate governance experience to provide counsel on all aspects of operations. After receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law, John began his career working under general counsel at an international business-to-business payment firm in Washington, DC. Later, he co-founded his own legal practice and served as outside counsel to dozens of business clients from an array of industries. John then consolidated his experience into the role of WTS General Counsel, in which he drafts and negotiates the company’s many diverse contracts; oversees insurance and litigation; counsels on long-term strategic planning; and manages company-wide compliance with state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to facility operations and human resources.

Senior Vice President, Fitness
Chris Griebe is a graduate of the Organizational Leadership MBA program at Grand Canyon University and earned a masters degree in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics from University of California, Fullerton. Chris has been working in the public and private health and wellness fields for over 20 years.
He began his career as a personal trainer with a passion for wellness and improving clients’ lifestyles. Over the years he has been managing multi- site wellness centers, private clubs, hospital systems, and national fitness resorts with expertise in large-scale, multi-site organizational management, new business acquisition, team transition, and operational efficiency.
Senior Vice President, Spa
Dedicated, progressive global operations leader with an extensive record of success contributing to the growth and enhancement of the tech savvy health, wellness, and beauty industry. Grey formerly was Vice President of operations for THE WELL, an integrated wellness center in New York City, where she managed the launch of its flagship location and development of four additional sites. Prior to that, she served private equity firm L Catterton and its portfolio company, Steiner Leisure Limited, in roles of increasing responsibility leading to Regional Vice President, Spa Operations.
Among her accomplishments, she led the growth of Bliss Spas, from three locations in New York City and London to 26 global locations, launched a Bliss Spa membership program, managed the Bliss brand’s relaunch and was responsible for conceptualizing the Remède Spa brand, a spa exclusive to St. Regis Hotels and Resorts. Earlier in her career, Grey worked as a General Manager of the Bliss Soho Spa in New York before becoming an Area Manager and Director of Spa Operations for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.
Vice President, Residential/Lifestyle Amenities
For nearly two decades, Amy Gallogly has been involved in the leisure and recreation industry. During that time, Amy has gained expertise in all aspects of lifestyle programming, clubhouse operations and event management.
She has assisted non-profit, resort, country club and community recreation properties during her successful career. In recent years, Amy’s focused on assisting master planned communities, residential high-rises, fitness centers and luxury resorts. Clients entrust Amy to increase exposure for their residential projects through the implementation of consumer events, grand openings and the creation of a vibrant and engaging community lifestyle. With an undergraduate degree in Commercial Recreation and Tourism from Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ, Amy was appointed Vice President of the Lifestyle Division in 2020.
President, Pool Division
Todd Langenmayr has 23 years of experience in the aquatics industry. He founded New York Sharks Aquatics in 2000 (USS private swim club) and served as Head Coach for thirteen years. Todd has coached over 40 top-16 in the nation athletes, multiple New York State High School Champions and All-Americans, National Champion in 2013, Olympic Trial qualifiers, and was the Head Coach in numerous swim camps and private clinics training Olympic Gold Medalists. Todd founded NYS Pools in 2003 with eight lifeguards and one technician in Rockland County, New York. The company now has over 130 sites and has a staff of over 400 employees spanning across various states. The company oversees operations and staffs lifeguards, CPO’s, CPM, CPS at country clubs, golf courses, high schools and colleges, HOAs, JCCs, YMCAs and private swim clubs.
Vice President, Hospitality
Paul is a hospitality industry veteran where he started his career in sales, holding National Sales Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing positions before becoming a Hotel Manager and General Manager. Prior to joining Arch Amenities Group as Vice President, Hospitality, he was the Vice President of Conference Hotels for Dolce Hotels and Resorts where he was responsible for the operating performance and management contracts of the Conference Hotel division, and most recently, he held the position of Managing Director of Conference Centers for the Wyndham Hotel Group.
Chief Product & Creative Officer
Prior to founding Innovative Spa Management and Privai Skincare, Christina Stratton utilized her vast background and knowledge in marketing and brand development to create multiple exclusive product lines in the spa, skin and body care space.
After partnering with Ilana Alberico and answering the spa industry’s need for more innovative, tech-forward spa management solutions, Stratton combined her business acumen with her artistic energy, conceiving wholly new spa and wellness spaces throughout the United States and the Caribbean.
Vice President, Spa
After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Marketing and International business, Susie began her new role with AAG as a Fitness Director at a Hilton Hotels associated site, while pursuing a Master’s Degree in Health Fitness Management. In 2000, Susie moved to the U.S. Virgin Islands to become the Fitness and Spa Director for the Westin Resort St. John. From there, she went on to become the Director of Spa Services for the Sanderling Resort, a Condé Nast Gold winner in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. After successfully completing the million-dollar expansion of the Sanderling Spa, Susie became a Regional Operations Director for AAG, prior to moving to AAG headquarters to oversee AAG spa transitions and now openings worldwide.
Vice President, CRE Amenities
Renae brings over 20 years of hospitality experience to the AAG Team. The majority of Renae’s experience was spent in Catering & Events with industry leaders such as: Starwood, Kimpton & Hilton Hotels. Her years of experience, vast knowledge of the events industry, and constant pursuit for operational excellence has allowed her to successfully build, and lead teams to achieve maximum results. She earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire, where she majored in Hospitality Management.

Vice President, Development
Danny Dulkin, PMP, joined Arch Amenities Group with over a decade of industry experience in the design, development, and operations of world class fitness facilities across multiple verticals. Danny and his design team have delivered over 100 turn-key fitness center developments for AAG and have accumulated dozens of Fortune 500 design wins. Turn-key projects under his supervision typically include scope development, feasibility, design, bidding, client kick-offs, change management, procurement, commissioning, and closeout processes, as well as vendor management. Danny has been active in competitive athletics throughout his entire life, even participating at the collegiate and professional levels. He received a B.S. in Exercise Science from Lindenwood University.
Managing Director, Hutchinson Consulting
Carol’s dynamic career in strategic marketing has allowed her to develop a widely-recognized expertise in hospitality and wellness. She is a leader in her field, known for analyzing trends and forecasting sales to develop long-term strategies, key objectives and operational execution plans based on business best practices, as well as maximum growth and profitability.
Because Carol began in public relations and then moved into marketing, she has a rare ability to understand the perception of a brand in the marketplace, and she has used her unique vision to help develop and deploy innovative marketing plans for some of the most successful brands in the industry.
Senior Director, Design & Consulting
For the past 15 years, Andrea Dubois has used her technical skills, gained from pursuing a degree in interior design, to support spa and wellness design projects throughout the United States and across the world.
Beginning in 2008, Andrea spent over 9 years at WTS International gaining the operationally-based expertise that is required for the development of specialized wellness facilities. During that time, she gained a wealth of knowledge in spa functionality, daily operations and specialty spa and wet area equipment, working on both domestic and international projects that were primarily focused on traditional spa and fitness elements.
Looking to better understand the wellness industry from a global perspective, Andrea moved to Thailand in 2018 to work for GOCO Hospitality, managing wellness design projects of all sizes. Over the course of nearly five years, she gained experience in full-scale wellness resort development, including designing for integrative and holistic spa therapies, soft medi-spa components, authentic and multicultural bathing experiences, and an expanded approach to fitness and mind / body wellness. Working on a diverse set of projects during her time there, she honed her capabilities in project assessment / management and concept development, and lead an effort to provide enhanced learning opportunities for the team.
Senior Vice President, Wellness Consulting
Kim Matheson was president of her own company, Natural Resources, for 15 years, offering spa consultancy services including design and pre- opening support, for a diverse range of upscale clients including hotels, resorts, residential and real estate developments. Some of Kim’s most recent projects are the Four Seasons Moscow, Dubai, Disney Orlando and New York. Other recent five-star projects include Dove Mountain Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis Princeville. Matheson has also worked for Montage, Rosewood Menlo Park, Kiawah Island and Doonbeg, and Lapis at Fontainebleau. As Senior Vice President for Arch Amenities Group based in New York City, Kim’s primary responsibilities include developing the local market and new business opportunities while overseeing international accounts. Kim also assists in the development of new spa concepts and provides advice to AAG clients on retail sales and marketing.

Ms. Alberico has dedicated her career to empowering well being as an essential component of the health of individuals, families, businesses, and communities. She’s built a dynamic collection of vertically integrated wellness companies that operationalize her innovative and industry leading designs across luxury resort, destination, day spas and wellness centers through management services, products, and technology.
Ms. Alberico is the co-founder of Privai and Women’s Business Enterprise National Council certified management company, Innovative Spa Management (ISM) where she served as CEO for over a decade and winning International Spa Association’s award for Innovations in Leadership. ISM has been twice named to Inc. Magazine’s Fastest Growing Companies and is now part of Arch Amenities Group. In 2020, she leveraged her vast business and wellness domain expertise to launch SpaSpace technology, a SaaS/Fintech platform that delivers revenue and cost savings for facilities by activating spaces with real-time wellness reservations that harness automation and machine learning to drive efficiencies.
