Since the start of its partnership with Arch Amenities Group, RiverSouth reached a 98% occupancy within 18 months, received a SmartScore Platinum Rating and became Leed Gold Certified, all with a Performance to Budget of 18%.

In 2010, Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa turned to us for the day-to-day management of its 42,000 square foot spa. The goal? Increase retail revenue and improve the overall customer experience.
Results
In just five years, we helped Eau Spa achieve the coveted Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star rating, bestowed upon only 48 spas in the world at that time. We are proud to maintain that rating today. Under our management, between 2011-2018, Eau Spa increased its service and retail revenues by nearly 60%.

Situated in the heart of New York City, this full-service physical fitness center was looking to increase membership and revenue, while decreasing costs.
With a 75-foot atrium rooftop pool, a 5,000 square foot climbing gym, and a wide variety of fitness programming and services, they turned to Arch Amenities Group for support.
Results
Drawing on its expertise, Arch Amenities Group’s comprehensive solution became a significant driver in membership growth and increased revenues.
Within six months of taking over from another management company, growth was seen in all areas – membership grew 13%, membership revenue grew 10%, climbing revenue grew 18%. In turn, expenses decreased by 4% – leading to increased profitability for the club.

With the client looking to up the service level and experience to draw tenants back to the building, Arch was tasked with overseeing the design, expansion, and complete renovation of the space during the height of Covid.

From 2018 to 2022 AAG was able to increase service and retail 22.5% and NOI 30%, as well as land Spa Oceana on a variety of “best of” lists.
