Stefanie Chenok is a senior executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning retail, wellness, hospitality, operations, and human resources. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams while helping organizations scale through thoughtful people strategies, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Stefanie is passionate about creating cultures where employees are engaged, leaders are empowered, and businesses can grow sustainably. Her expertise includes organizational design, talent strategy, change management, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and developing scalable people systems that support long-term operational success.
Prior to joining Arch Amenities Group, Stefanie served as West Coast Vice President of Operations for 24 Hour Fitness, overseeing operational and people initiatives across a multi-state region. She led strategic HR initiatives, leadership development, organizational restructuring, and operational performance improvement. She also served as Senior Director of Sales for Banana Republic and spent more than fourteen years with Target Corporation as Senior Director of Stores & Human Resources, where she led large-scale retail operations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Stefanie earned a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma City University and holds certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). She is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, ability to navigate complex organizational change, and commitment to building people-first organizations that deliver exceptional business results.
