Caitlin McKenna

Caitlin McKenna most recently served as Chief Development Office at Trilogy Spa Holdings, providers in Luxury Spa & Well-Being experience operations, supporting destinations, hotels, and mixed-use destinations. She led Growth & Innovation and Business Development for the company.

Previously, Caitlin McKenna enjoyed a diverse career in experience design, brand management, consulting, investment, and product development within Full Service & Luxury Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate, Spa, Wellness, and Experience Service industries. She has programmed and consulted on some of the industry’s most iconic properties owned by public, private, and government institutions across leading hotel brands and markets globally.

McKenna served as Global Head, Human-Centric Innovation, at JLL, where she aided in transforming Work Dynamics, a multibillion-dollar business, into a product-led organization, responsible for driving a new global product function and strategy, promoting industry differentiation and commercial growth to the firm.

McKenna also maintained a successful 10-year tenure at Hilton Worldwide, leading Global Spa & Wellness and Customer Experience & Innovation across 17 brands within the company’s portfolio. 

McKenna holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and additional education from Stanford University. She has been a guest lecturer and curriculum designer at Georgetown University, Cornell University, and the University of Houston. She is an Industry Scholar and former Advisory Board Member of Cornell Institute for Healthy Futures and Ronald McDonald House, a career mentor, and an advisor to various start-ups in the service industries.
